Payment Information

We accept most major credit or debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch and Solo. The payments on this site are processed by a third party payment processor for security reasons (PROTX). We also use secure socket layer technology (ssl). This means that when you place orders with us on our secure online ordering system, all of the information is encrypted or scrambled, so that the data you send is an unintelligible string of seemingly random characters. When these characters are received by our web server, the server's ssl software converts them back into useful information. The same thing happens with data you receive from our server. Your interactions are therefore private.

Sales Tax

All prices on our site are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of European Union sales tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate where applicable. We regret to say we, at this point in time offer any refund / chargeback on the VAT rate to international customers.

Duty and Customs

If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes which customers will need to pay on receipt of the shipment. These rules vary by country and your local government determines duty and customs charges.

Pricing and Availability

We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this Website whether or not that product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the Website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun. The product price, as displayed, is inclusive of UK VAT at the appropriate rate.

Postage & Packing Information

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours and we only use Royal Mail postal services, 1st class recorded delivery for UK is a flat rate of £5.00 for your 1st item and then £1.50 per additional item after that. For next day delivery within the UK we use Royal Mail next day special delivery and charge a flat rate of £10.00 for your 1st item and then £1.50 per additional item after that. We also offer a Saturday delivery service for UK customers using Royal Mail special delivery at a flat rate of £15.00 for your 1st item and then £1.50 per additional item after that. We also offer a same day delivery service for any orders placed within 5 miles of Aberdeen city centre; please contact us on 01224 594004 or via email on sales@pure-man.com to arrange this service once you have placed your order.

We will dispatch all items on the same day if we are in receipt of your order and payment by 4pm. Please note all goods purchased of a Friday will be dispatched by 4pm the next working day (Monday unless that falls on a bank holiday).

Postage and Packing on all European orders is charged at a flat rate of £15.00 for the 1st item and then £1.50 per additional item after that. Again we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. European orders usually take 3-5 days to be delivered but may on occasions take up to 10 working days to be delivered.

Rest of the World orders are charged at a flat rate of £25.00 for the 1st item and then £1.50 per additional item after that and can take anywhere from 7-28 days depending on where they are being shipped.

Returns policy

All of the products on the PURE site are authentic brands and are of the highest quality.

All our orders are checked thoroughly and packaged with due care before dispatch. However, if you are unhappy with your goods we will happily issue a replacement (if available) or refund assuming they are returned within 14 days of receipt, unworn, complete with all original tags, and in original and resalable condition. We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on any sale / clearance items unless proven faulty. We will be happy to offer a like for like, size exchange or credit note for any unwanted sale / clearance items, provided the items are re saleable with all tags attached.

First, please email us with your order information (name, order date, and order number and details) to confirm the return. Please also include a completed returns form (see below) with your returned items. You will them be issued with a returns authorisation number, this number must be visible on the front of the returned packaging. If you do not have access to a printer please call or email us to inform us of your return, being sure to include all your necessary personal details and the reason for your return.

You must ensure that the goods are well packaged so that they are not damaged in the post on return. Please also make sure that the item is sent via a tracked / insured service as PURE cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit on returns. You are responsible for the cost of returning an item to us. All refunds exclude postage costs, unless a mistake has been made by us. If you are returning an item for an exchange we will cover costs for sending the replacement item to you. In some cases we reserve the right to apply a restocking and handling fee, to cover bank charges and admin costs.

In the event of faulty goods, they may be returned to the manufacturer for inspection.

Refunding of postage charges
All refunds exclude postage costs, as agreed in our terms, unless a mistake has been made by us; but we will send out the replacement free of charge anywhere in the world.

Sale items:
We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on any Sale items unless proven faulty. We will be happy to offer a like for like, size exchange or credit note for any unwanted Sale items, provided the items are re saleable with all tags attached.

Who pays for return postage?
You are responsible for the cost of returning an item to us. If you are returning an item for a refund we will refund you MINUS our original delivery cost and will not reimburse the cost of you returning the item to us. If you are returning an item for an exchange we will cover costs for sending the replacement item to you

I have been refunded less than I was expecting?
In some cases we reserve the right to apply a restocking and handling fee, to cover bank charges and admin costs. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for full details.

How soon will I receive my order?

We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving it. All orders are sent out via Royal Mail next day special delivery. This is usually a very quick service and most orders tend to be delivered within 24 hours, however on rare occasions delivery may take a little longer. All orders sent out via Royal Mail Special delivery will be delivered by 1pm on the next working day if ordered before 4pm. If you believe there may be a problem with your delivery feel free to contact our customer services team who will be happy to help. International orders are also shipped within 24 hours, by Air Mail, and take around 7-10 working days depending on where in the world your country is located.

How will I know PURE has received my order?
